Self inquiry and the secret Language of teeth

teeth

I met a teenager whose mother came to ask me what to do about an impacted premolar (which failed to erupt into the mouth).

Does it uncover a hidden secret in the story of our teeth ?

I appreciated the openness from the start, the willingness to research the integration of this retained intraosseous tooth, and the inspiring ideas that arose from the concern of both the parent and the child.

If you're familiar with the "Gene Keys" system, these days, genetic locus number 63 is activated, predisposing us to approach life with curiosity, without expecting a definitive answer, without personalizing doubts or anxieties, and without the weight of opinions or systems.

Within this framework, we proceeded to explore the case together.

Personally, I'm very excited about the role of a biological detective. There are two internal movements that drive me:

• One seeks answers beyond appearances, aiming to understand through scientific evidence, through paraclinical analyses (such as X-rays, medical tests, or other general investigations that speak about the state of the body at a certain moment).

• The other is the one that captures the unknown, the lack of evidence, tastes the obscure, notices indefinable details, and focuses on the whole.

Radiographically, we discovered this impacted premolar, and its intraosseous retention was deeply connected to the subtle reversal of mother-child roles, with inappropriate care of the child at an unfit age, for the parent. ”I can no longer afford to be a child, my teeth no longer fall out, I am a premature adult”.

"The most valuable foundation of medicine is love," as Paracelsus tells us.

It's impressive how children, and even adult-children, unconsciously insist on supporting, carrying the suffering of their parents or other important members in their arms or on their shoulders, a kind of new Atlas.

The working process is not just about observing, making a material or immaterial diagnosis, arranging a constellation, or extracting the tooth. It involves determination, presence, work, and genuine self-exploration, bringing tangible changes to the economy and dynamics of the family. The mother is involved, then the family, and if necessary, the child.

How long?

As long as it takes!

However, here I decided to include some "Did you know?" details about teeth.

Some miracles in the oral cavity aren't really miracles...

There are situations where the permanent teeth don't have a proper eruption position and remain impacted intraosseously.

So, the milk precursor can remain perfectly integrated in the alignment of the permanent teeth for a long time (image 1).

If, however, it will be lost at some point, there are chances, depending on the position, for the permanent counterpart to resume its eruption potential and appear in the oral cavity after a certain interval of time (image 2).

Some individuals might call that a MIRACLE!

I would rather say an impacted secret.

In fact, it's a situation not understood and not discovered in time by the patient!

The same phenomenon often occurs with wearers of partial or complete dentures.

Under the pressure of the denture, certain wisdom teeth (impacted throughout life) may resume their eruption potential, slowly appear in the mouth, affect the stability of the denture, and induce the false perception of new teeth.

It's not an element of MAGIC but simply a lack of knowledge (both of the clinical situation and the subtle causes that contributed to dental impaction).

Even in the current stage of human evolution, we don't possess the science of stem cell differentiation (spontaneous or by will) and the formation of buds that become mature dental organs.

I believe we still have work to do in:

• understanding and recognizing how many teeth have settled in the jaws,

• how to properly care for them,

• what their functions are in the body, and

• what messages they convey to us (silently, without words) with their disharmonies.

Only then we will move on to higher levels of Re-Birth or Re-Construction of our teeth!

And this is my secret revealed to you today.
