Why your handwriting reveals who you really are

I don't remember being a fan or explorer of handwriting in school, but what I knew for sure was that the flow of written expression was much more accessible to me than that of speaking, and the black imprint of authentic ink, on the free white of the paper, still tempts my eye with a seductive aesthetic. And in the end, the materialization of the gesture through the tip of the pen is me.

The writing instrument is ruthless:

It shows you with every touch where you are not,
where you say more or less than your heart wants to express,
It directly confronts you with weaknesses, inadequacies, exaggerations, limitations, or images counterfeited by the mind.

How does calligraphy become an authentic expression through writing?

Calligraphy is a dance

...I dance on paper with the tool consciously chosen in advance, exactly for the type of melody that the letters will perform on the stave of the text that I want to write.

On a classic dance scene, only the energetic expression of the two protagonists on the floor remains, here the TOUCH remains
...the fascination of black ink, thin, interrupted, clumsy lines or on the contrary continuous, coarse, greedy for substance

It is actually the one that allows the final phase of materialization of the neural expression of the gesture. Without it, we would practically scratch the paper, and the dynamics of the movement would remain invisible.

Calligraphy is a lens through which I perceive both the world and myself.

It's a playful exploration, akin to a child playing freely in the expanse of paper. It delights in every stroke of the nib, in the feel of pencils, textures, tastes, scents, the sound of colors, the direction of broken lines, and the rhythm of punctuation.

Calligraphy facilitates a direct journey into the brain, akin to Neuro-Graphy.

Today, I embark on a path of letters, knowing it can be modified tomorrow, allowing for exploration, expansion, contraction, and leveraging the brain's neuroplasticity.

The hand and the brain collaborate in tandem. Neuroplasticity, an organic regenerative capacity, signifies a fresh way of thinking and being.

With each new line, a novel neural pathway emerges.
