"It is said that in the garden of a flower enthusiast, dandelions appeared at one point. Immediately, they seemed entirely unsuitable to him, and he sought by all possible means to make them disappear. However, the dandelions seemed terribly resistant.
All methods of annihilation failed.
Almost destroyed, our man wrote to a renowned horticulturist for his science, informing him in detail about his destructive attempts.
Desperate, he asked for advice. It seemed to be his last hope.
And not long afterward, he received a reply...
The letter was short (there was no email at that time):
"I suggest you see if you could grow to love the dandelions!"

I worked with someone who came to me because of a recurring generalized gingivitis that he couldn't seem to get rid of.
Any oral solution, dental treatment, or alternative natural treatments seemed ineffective; the bleeding and swelling of the gums persisted.
I discovered step by step that he was ardently desiring to rid himself of the feeling of shame. Exactly like in the story above.
This time, the dandelion grew in the form of shame.
But just as well, it could grow in the form of guilt, sadness, depression, anxiety, feelings of rejection or separation, etc.
If you don't know how to work with these states, if you don't know how they arise, if you're not willing to consult a psychotherapist, coach, doctor, then take the time to make friends with them.
Don't deny, repress, smother, or run away from them in a form that the mind has already learned to do.
At first, you can observe them, recognize them, become aware of them closely.
Look for sensory nuances.
Sit with them...
Maybe they have colors, sounds, smells, a particular taste, are rough or smooth to the touch of inner touch, speak softly or loudly, are insistent or indolent.
And then try to understand their purpose and meaning for which they exist in your context of reality.
Also, humbly thank the body for any affliction it brings to your attention!
Whether it's called gingivitis, gastritis, colitis, cystitis, tracheitis, etc.
Even if you don't get to the root cause initially, a "re-cognition" of perceptual states in detail, when they arise, will not attract/sustain cascading repercussions like addictions or sub-dictions, dependencies or independencies, which the brain adopts to maintain the system in balance.
That's what you can do as a first aid measure; the rest needs a specialized framework to help you balance moments that the mind has categorized in a certain way, and the brain's "default mode" network is only focused on leading them in that way, from purely energetic reasons, of economy.
And that's the rationale for deciphering a body condition:
-allopathic treatment of symptoms where conventional medicine is the master, without a doubt
and
-treatment of what is not seen, of what is not evident, finding the cause, using the guidance of emotion and functional disturbance at the level of the affected organ.
Perhaps in the short vacation, you had time to be with yourself and admire the "DANDELIONS."
I would be glad to hear from you how your garden looks today or if you need my help, write to me!"
